Exchanges, Returns and Refunds

Exchanges 

As we are a small shop and have limited stock available in each design, exchanges are dealt with on a case by case basis. Items must be as new, never worn or used. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

If an exchange is not possible due to lack of inventory, you are able to return items for refund and then purchase another item from the shop.

Returns

Please contact us within seven days of receiving your order if you are not satisfied with any of your items. Returns are handled case by case and shipping costs for the return will be paid by you, the customer (unless there is fault on our end). We require a tracking number for your return. This ensures there is proof that the item has been shipped in case of any issues.


FINAL SALE ONLY items cannot be returned for a refund. The product description will state if this policy applies to the item on its listing page.

Refunds are only given once returned items are received by Momo Patch. You will be refunded the amount you paid for the item (less shipping), including any discounts that were applied.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@momopatch.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
